The storage of furniture is made of rattan

Bamboo products always require different preservatives, if we do not properly preserve the items they will soon deteriorate, and they may also be a nuisance when using these items.

There are two reasons why bamboo rattan is moldy: due to early processing steps or due to environmental humidity is too large.

Preserving rattan furniture

When buying new to bring 1 to 2 sunshine, this ensures the bamboo is dry to not lead to moldy. This is usually the case when the producer uses bamboo that has not been properly dried. If the manufacturer has dried, we also have to dry, because during the storage and transport of our products have to spend a lot of time.

More thoroughly, the spray disinfection before use to kill mold, mold in the product. Note that spray disinfectant is harmful to health, so when spray should be in a wide open, then wrap the product within 2 days.

To avoid contact with water and chemicals, a glass can be used on the table. For large objects such as tables and chairs, it is recommended to cover the legs of the rattan with two-component epoxy resin.

Handle when rattan furniture is termite

Soak in water for about 1 day. Then wash it and let it dry until your rattan is dry. Just dump into ponds, lakes, rivers, canals.

If you can not find the mud, you can soak it in water, add some vinegar (optional vinegar). Soak for a day and then dry until the sun is dry.

It should be painted once after 1 year of use. If you like color, you can paint oil (or PU paint). Oil paint, gloss paint and PU paint also protect bamboo rattan, reducing the maximum ability of the attack.
